Versatile and highly effective, the Airguard Envirocare PC2-AG coalescer panel is engineered to perform reliably in the most demanding environments, including offshore oil and gas platforms, industrial operations, and offshore wind turbine applications in the power generation sector.
CONSTRUCTIONS:
The Airguard Envirocare PC2-AG coalescer panel is engineered with a synthetic media core securely sandwiched between stainless steel wire mesh. To enhance surface area and ensure structural rigidity, the media assembly is corrugated and housed within a durable stainless steel channel frame.
Technical Specifications
- Operational velocities up to 9 m/s (1771 FPM) – results in extremely compact air intakes
- Offers 80% gravimetric efficiency (arrestance) = G3 according to EN779:2002
- High efficiency against salt aerosol, when combined with the SRS Technology system, helps reduce turbine blade corrosion
- Robust construction and a fully cleanable design help increase filter lifetime
- Low pressure loss normally leads to increased engine power output and/or improved fuel efficiency
- Supplied with Sealing Gasket and Adjoining clips
- Standard and non-standard sizes available in 304L/316L stainless steel frames
