HXA – AG

The Airguard HXA-AG was initially designed for gas-turbine air-intake systems. HXA-AG provides an exceptional level of protection for turbines located in offshore and coastal environments. The filter is optimised to operate at high velocities in wet or dry conditions.

CONSTRUCTION:

The four filter pockets have a two-stage construction. The first stage is a high-loft nonwoven filter mat, which provides a high dust-loading capacity. The second stage is 100% polypropylene lofted media, which is ultrasonically welded into a polypropylene carrier on the downstream side to offer a high-efficiency filter. This two-stage construction results in lower initial air resistance and higher dust holding capacity. To improve airflow, the HXA-AG has needlefelt separators welded into each
