Product Overview
The V85 has been designed to give high filtration efficiency coupled with low resistance. The filter media includes a dry polymer material which produces electrostatic activity generated by the passage of air through the filter, giving an increased ability to catch and retain fine dust. It can be used on its own or as a pre-filter.
CONSTRUCTION
A cleanable filter panel consisting of layers of special polymer filament looped to form thousands of indentations where the electrostatic activity is generated. This is sandwiched between closely woven polythene mesh held between pleated plastic-coated supports.
The core is then retained in a robust stainless-steel frame. All stainless construction is available. Filters can be supplied with adjoining clips and seals.
Filters are easily cleaned by:
- Compressed Air
- By Vacuuming
- Washing in cold water.
A non-ionic detergent may be used
