High filtration standards are set with the Airguard self-charging electrostatic cleanable air filters.The filter media includes a dry polymer material which produces a high electrostatic activity generated by the passage of air through the filter, giving an increased ability to catch and retain really fine dust.

CONSTRUCTION

The filter is of a three stage construction. The first is a woven non-corrodable polymer m e s h which mechanically arrests large particles.The second consists of a bed of special polymer filaments looped to form thousands of indentations where the electrostatic activity is generated. The third stage is a repeat of the first.

The core is then retained in a robust stainless-steel frame. All stainless construction is available. Filters can be supplied with adjoining clips and seals.

Filters are easily cleaned by:

1. Compressed Air
2. By Vacuuming
3. Washing in cold water.

A non-ionic detergent may be used
